We want you to be fully satisfied with your official Bath Rugby gear, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that personalized jerseys and memorabilia cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Fill out the returns note included in your original delivery, specifying whether you require an exchange or a full refund.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they arrive back at the Recreation Ground in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Post Your Item

  Send your package via a tracked postal service to our warehouse address; we recommend keeping your proof of postage until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 working days.
